Founder & content creator

Sabrina
Schmidpeter.

Sabrina grew up right next to the farm and played in the hay here as a child. In 2018 she took over her grandparents’ farm.

Together we renovated the farm under our own site management, doing much of the work by hand. Since October 2020 Sabrina has been sharing on @hof_no47 how the old farm is becoming a home.

She develops ideas for brands and appears on camera herself. You see the products where they are used, in our kitchen, in the living space or outside in the courtyard.

The story of the farm

“We didn’t want to start a completely new story, but to continue the old one with respect and care.”

What matters
to us.

This applies to the farm, to Instagram and to every collaboration.

  • Preserving what is there

The granite columns, the vaults and the beams belong to the farm. We kept them and adapted the rooms to our life.

  • Materials and craftsmanship

Wood, linen and stone run through the house. Whatever is new, we prefer to have made by local craftspeople.

  • Showing the journey too

A finished room comes with decisions, costs and sometimes worries. We share those just as openly as the result.

  • Advertising you can recognise

We work with brands whose products suit us. We clearly label paid collaborations and products provided to us.
