hof 47 is the interior and design channel of Sabrina Schmidpeter from Upper Bavaria. Since October 2020 she has been sharing the renovation of her family’s farmhouse and life there on Instagram as @hof_no47. According to family tradition the house was built around 1660, and the oldest written record dates from 1694. It has been in the family for eight generations. The family took over the farm in 2018 and renovated it under their own site management, moving in in 2021. In 2026 Sabrina redesigned the living loft with the Munich studio 1zu33. @hof_no47 has 313,485 followers and has recorded a total of 124 million views since 2020 (as of 4 October 2026). Brand partners include Walter Knoll, Freifrau and BORA. Sabrina won the Garden & Home Blog Award 2023 for the best home makeover and the Schöner Wohnen-Farbe Award 2024 for the best interior storytelling on social media.
